Konusu: The various ways of using this reader depend on YOU. Do you want it for classwork? For self study at home during the school year or the holidays? Or perhaps a little of each? For example, the Before reading activities can be done at home, ready for discussion at school. This is also possible with the While reading section: the answers can be checked in class.
Perhaps you prefer to keep the reading itself as a private activity. If you do, prepare the comprehension work in the While/After Reading sections for the classroom. The listening activities can be effective in class, while listening to the whole story at home is a relaxing way of checking that you've understood it! If you decide to use the book simply as a reader for the holidays, it would be helpful to prepare some of the Before reading activities, or even one of the shorter stories complete, in class during the last week of school.
Hopefully, this will encourage you all to read purely for pleasure.
